First. Be honest. If he runs. Let him go. Do not waste your time. If he likes you, he won’t run. Even then there are no guarantees it will all have a happy ending, but at least you protected yourself to some degree. Basically if you hardly talk with this dude you can’t really tell him you’re madly in love with him. I think you know that. Wait a bit and hang out multiple times before you tell him you like him, much less that you love him.
